64 WEI CHI - Not Yet Completed
Not Yet Completed suggests that you're in transition to an important change. Notice that all the lines in the upper trigram are in relation to those in the lower trigram, indicating that this important change is prepared for. You're about to overcome an obstacle or launch a plan. It signifies spring - stepping out of the cold, barren winter into the fruitful summer.
The change you're trying to effect is far-reaching and the transition you're going through may be fraught with difficulties. However the best way to handle your situation is to prepare for the change, gather all your energies to make that crossing to the other side of the river where the land is bountiful. Proceed with prudence and careful consideration and you're on the verge of something great.
Transforming Lines
Initial Six. In times of chaos there's a tendency for you to proceed hastily. This only leads to humiliation and failure. You may gain more progress by holding back.
Nine in-second. The time to act has not yet come. Pull the brakes and be patient. Stay focused on your goal and be steadfast in your resolve.
Six in-third. The time has arrived to make the change but you lack the energy to complete the transition. Do not attempt to force it to happen or misfortune will befall. Be imaginative and try to create a new situation which allows you to complete the change in a whole different way.
Nine in-fourth. Now is the time to strive to complete the transition and reach the end state. You must be tenacious in your efforts and quell all misgivings. This is no time for self-doubt and regrets. The journey may be long and arduous but you'll be rewarded greatly in the end.
Six in-fifth. You're well on your way to completion, to victory. Your tenacity will be rewarded with good fortune. Seek out people who have faith in you and who rally around your cause.
Nine above. Move ahead with confidence. This calls for a celebration but don't get too carried away in your exuberance.
